I'd just stick to playing subtle pranks on the guy like, for your own amusement and so he gets the message or gets sick lol.

Whenever he turns up to take pics, make sure you get in shot by standing at your window with your knob out. He'll soon stop.

Can you put up a banner with the name and number of one of his competitors?

Burn your house down. That'll teach him a lesson for sure.

Ask for discount next time you buy a car (Do they do servicing/repairs too?)

Buy a big vinyl sign with the name of the garage and '15% discount and free servicing on all online sales' written on it.

I can't see any way this wouldn't solve your problem, OP

You should give him the house. That way its not your house in the photos anymore, its his!

Put up some Swastika curtains. It might not be the look he was after.

Pop a burning cross on the lawn and hang some pointy white hoods on the line just to make sure.

What you probably don't want to happen to is to be woken up in the middle of the night by some unsavoury types standing over you and demanding the keys to the vehicles seen in the adverts....
WTF!? rofl

How do you see that one playing out. biggrin

'Eer, there's a Vectra SRI in the Autotrader, lets go and nick it'

'Perfect scheme for a blag guvner, where is it?'

'Well there's a gravel drive, that should narrow it down no end!'

I can't see it's a problem but if it bothers you I'm sure a simple call and asking him to stop will suffice.

I used to take pics outside a neighbour's - not because he had a nicer house but I had trees everywhere and they cast shadows on the car, my neighbour had a wide verge and hedge which made a nice backdrop.

Nah, don't call him, there's so much scope for ruining the photos by doing something silly yet subtle lol.

Hammer frozen sausages into your lawn so that his photos are spoiled by loads of badgers in the background.

Park a dreadful rotting heap front and centre on your drive with his company crest inside the front windscreen. Make sure one of the tyres is flat. If it can have 800-1000 bird guanos caked on it, all the better.

When he turns to up photograph something ask him if he'd like to buy it. When he says 'yeah, right mate', start haggling telling him 'it's immaculate' etc.

When he stops coming, weigh it in.

This really could be solved with a simple, polite phone call...

Excuse me Mr Trader, if you wouldn't mind too much can I please buy every car you get in stock prior to you taking photos?

Check mate!

Maybe he is.
So do you think he takes the snaps before or after?

Next time he is out with one of the car walk over to it and do a dump on the bonnet. That will teach him a lesson and will make him less likely to come back.

The chap is perfectly entitled to take a photo wherever he wants

Ooer....so this strategy relies on him being rather too excited with the haggling process? redface
