This post is in the VAG area too, those pesky muppets in their RS6s. I thought Kermit had an M5.

Amusing.

I had an rs3 come up behind me at the lights yesterday before entering onto a single lane motorway sliproad. There was a truck in front of me. I just knew what would happen; before the lights even turned green.

As soon as there were hatched lines rather than grass it shot off across the hatching, across lane 1 and 2 and sat really close to a BMW in the fast lane (I like how that term irritates some), braking every few seconds, after cutting up 2 cars in the process.

How to drive in a way that maximises the danger inconvenience to others at all times. I passed him a couple of minutes later so it wasn't a speed thing either - very strange!

Anyone know the driver of an AUDI RS6 ESTATE REG No. DC150XT or DC15OCT

Almost rammed my wife off the road this evening!! Muppet came flying up behind her on the A483 between Chester & Wrexham doing between
100-120 MPH literally rammed her to the inside lane. She gestured her disgust at his maniac driving. As she pulled across he moved in front of her to the inside lane the idiot pulled in front and slammed on causing her to swerve back out to avoid a collision!!!

There are L plates on the car and if my daughter, who is learning to drive was driving, it could of been very very nasty.

Seriously what is wrong with people.

My wife is shaking and crying due to being scared.

I'm currently furious and would love to meet this idiot right now.
Why is your wife displaying L plates if she is not a learner driver?

No I wouldn't, the tool in the RS6 is now ahead of me and I would just watch him disappear as there is no point in getting into a tussle at 70mph with a nutter.

But not a nice thing to happen to your wife obviously.
There are some very self righteous people here aren't there.

Full circle on that one then OP, and still on the first page. Good PH standards. Clearly your wife is to blame for the entire incident.
Hilarious. Not full circle but just didn't expect so called 'car enthusiast's' to be so judgemental to an innocent person driving within the speed limits and sensible against a total inconsiderate driver.

Sounds disgraceful to be fair. Shouldn't be displaying L plates if its not the learner driver behind the wheel.

For Christs sake: the poor woman is bullied by some tt in a fast Audi and the ph collective respond in their usual supportive way: because in the heat of the moment her response was less than rational (I'm sure you're all totally cool, calm and collected behind the wheel at all times... ) and she hadnt stopped to remove the L plates she therefore bought it all on herself. Seriously?

I'd have given the guy the finger personally - regretted later maybe but when you're nervous or angry a little fight-or-flight kicks in if you're human. I swear some of you guys sit around waiting for threads like this to vent a little pent-up bellendism.

Op, if I knew the guy I'd pop round with you.

Audi RS6 comes battering up behind wife (ooo errr). Wife flashes lights and honks horn then gets brake checked? What's there to be crying about? RS6 drives like a knob, wife kicks off and is surprised when RS6 pulls more knobbish behaviour? Stop the presses.

3/10 from me, aren't the schools going back tomorrow? :P If you report the driver with the plate at MOST they'll get a letter asking them to take it easy. More likely is they won't do anything.

You could always get his address off of the DVLA and hammer some frozen sausages into his lawn.....

Seriously? Picking up on this (the second person too). Technically incorrect, but who does take L plates off the second a non learner is not driving? Sounds like the OPs wife met a total knob and was upset. What's the point in picking up on details like that, other than to win internet pedant points?

Yeh. But at the same time you come in here suggesting your wife was rammed off the road by someone at 120mph. What did you expect?
