Doesn't look particularly bad to me. I've certainly seen far worse.
But would you wish to be seen driving it?....Methinks Not hehe
I've never been particularly bothered by image, so if it was cheap for what it was, yes. Wouldn' take much to make it look fairly standard again anyway.

It looks better than anything BMW currently produce anyway. hehe

The car has had 30k spent on it and you think you can revert it to tasteful from tasteless without significant expense?
However much you spent on it it will always be lacking in taste, it is what it is, a pile of crap yesterdays chavwagon.
er, std interior £100, std bumpers, wheels and lights £200, and you can recoup more than that by re-selling the tat. et voila, a nice 3.2l E36
Errr, which you would have just paid £7000 for.confused

Including a motherload of ICE that would probably be enough for 3 proper systems, so you can flog at least 2/3s of it on the Bay...

Yeah, bargain, and who thinks that the kind of idiot who makes their car look like that will have sorted the engine, breaks *, suspension etc properly? It will be a shed, for the same cost as a nice M3 Evo.

  • that's how it's usually spelt in this kind of advert...

yikes I've seen worse but it's still a hideous monstrosity. The only redeeming the feature the car has is the engine, and for the same money you could get a tidy M3 that would come with the appropriate brakes and suspension and wouldn't look like a homage to chav fashion. Who in their right mind would even consider this?

Spelling in the Swift advert is epic. Just waiting for the cries of "Dyslexia!" biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

My disabled 4 year old niece can spell better than that, Kieron.
I have no idea what that advert says! But Kieron, if you've used 'text' speak to try and shorten the ad, can I point out that 'enny' has more letters than the good, old fashioned version 'any'!

Didn't see that before you pointed it out. I'm glad I'm sat on the loo right now.

Do me a favour, you could save a fortune and buy this http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1371309.htm

The real deal - I realise it has now been sold but there are loads of E36 M3's out there

I like : Pust Start

I presume he means Push Start ... I had a few cars that had that when I was about 18 .. starter motor never worked .. so it was a push start from my mates every time.. hehe

The 'show cars' section is always good for a laugh. There were quite a number of contenders, but I feel this Civic ticks all the boxes.

Unfortunately, I'm with you on that. That was Ecosse's demo car from a good few years back.

...and in my naive yoof, I'm embarrassed to say I had the magazine that was featured in...even more embarrassing is the fact that I probably do still have it somewhere, seeing as I lack the ability to throw magazines away!

As for the thread, there are far worse abortions floating about in the classifieds;

This is my favourite;
