What is wrong with email, with a follow up hard copy at a later date... Morons.
If the tender says they want it written in pink with flowers decorating the pages, you do it.
will bear that one in mind for my next package set, albeit a little less ghey

Delivered by a man wearing red shoes, and hopping on his left leg?

prelims always have a buried clause that all variations are to be carried out by left handed midgets

I'd do it, as long as you cover my costs & then some, as long as I'm back by 8pm tomorrow.

The concept of tender is to get the most suitable company and competitive quote. If they disallow the most important communication medium in the world, they are limiting themselves somewhat...

If they think "anyone can email us, we'll get tons of junk" - which is why they don't accept email tenders, then set up an online form for people to fill in, and upload associated documents.

Even the government has e-procurement ffs!

I'd get in the car right now if you were near me. £102 for the Eurotunnel, £30 approx in tolls, 400 miles return from Calais so if I filled up in Folkestone with my fuel card I reckon I could get there and back in 1 tank. Obviously beer would have been welcome for free fuel wink

Tuffer just as an aside if you have this sort of issue again in future feel free to drop me a line as i am but just a short distance from the eurostar in kent so would be quite happy to pop over (time permitting like you i work for a living :-) ) and deliver providing costs of travel and a beer token are covered.

Not possible in this case however as my passport has expired though.

In fact this is in effect an open offer to all. I travel nationally daily. Anyone has a genuine issue feel free to pm me and if i can and its on my days route i can swing by and pick up and drop off a small parcel etc on your behalf for a small token toward costs.

and if a tenderer can't follow a basic instruction to submit a hardcopy tender they are the most suitable tenderer

a form of tender is worth fk all when you can't analyse the bid

why don't you jump on the eurostar?
Because I have other stuff to do hence why I entrusted it to Fairly Expressly but the Federation I entrusted failed.
Could you email it to someone in Paris to print out and submit for you?
