Nay - it's a TT...

I've always hated them.

PS feel free to ignore my reply though as I didn't even bother opening the link smile

+1 (but at least i did look at the link)

pointless cars, I dont like the way they look, it is just a golf in drag.
If I wanted something with the 1.8t engine I would buy a mk1 vrs octavia, at least that isnt trying to pretend it is something it isnt (ie a sports car)

“lack of use forces sale” Yes, I’d be embarrassed to go out in it too!!

Seriously though, anyone who doesn’t rate a TT hasn’t driven one.

They are not the most entertaining car to drive but OK. At least they don’t look as bland as your average hot hatch!!

Missing the point of the 3.2 v6 soft top version aren't you or indeed any sports coupe type car.

They are popular because they do the job well, whilst having a comfortable 'nice place to be' cabin.

Looks like yet another part time trader using PH's freebie ads instead of paying for them . . . . . . . . . If they won’t stretch to the tiny cost of advertising, what chance would a buyer have of getting a warranty problem resolved.

I have, a 1.8T, and I thought it was st. Probably because I'd just got out of a Z3, which felt much nicer, despite seeming unnervingly light it was vastly better to drive than the Titty. Though that was FWD, so maybe quattro improves it.

Yes, my comment was relating to Quattro. FWD is like any other crap FWD with a nice cabin to sit in.

driven one and it is just a golf with a less practical bodyshell for people to pretend they have a sports car although the v6 sounds amazing although the extra weight over the front compromises the handling in my opinion.

I bet the Audi designers have had to scrap their facelift ideas now this has been revealed.
