Fantastic.

You just know it will be a brilliant car and a testament to what we are good at in this Country.

Well done to Ron Dennis

If only I could afford it I would buy one.

But if they do produce a £70,000 car later on I will mortgage myself up to buy one.

Some people are never happy, that presentation was excellent.
I enjoyed watching/listening. A bit wooden in places, but forgiven considering these guys talents lie in other places.
Well said. PH is gettting worse the those 'loose women' on telly with regards to having a moan.

I'm very much looking forward to the next two cars and am sure the range topper will be a true successor to the original Mac Daddy F1.

Good luck to them all.

Lewis is black... sort of...
Surely that cant be right...... Can they really get away with a slightly racist gag at an international car launch?

Next thing they will be saying Lewis only wants Reggae CD's in the auto changer!

Mind you, we know thats a lie as all F1 drivers only listen to Phil Collins biggrin
It's quite common knowledge that Lewis Hamilton owns/has owned cars that have been "pimped" with chrome 22" dubs etc...

Bit cheeky at the end, asking both "when do we get ours", I think...
As Ron said, they'll be getting new ones every year...who better to promote the cars then two F1 champions.

I would have been nice to see Jenson, after being told 1000 times about advanced the McLaren centre is, to pushed off stage in a wooden go kart with string steering to start his simulation work for Austrailia

It cost over £600k.
A fact that people who continue to compare often forget. They are a class apart from each other

Thanks to PH for hosting this. It was a good presentation but I'm still unimpressed with what they've done. Some of the tech they were talking about was on the F1 and that's now knocking on 20 years old. I hope the next cars will look more exciting.

Even then it isn't that fair. It cost £600k in the mid 90s.

Was just gonna ask "who do you think went straight on at the right hander" answers on a post card to?

Did they actually state that "fact"? Sound utterly balls to be. the distance, speed and time don't match at all.

Lewis likes chrome wheels, he commented as much earlier in the presentation. Ron was taking the piss out of him. No racism, just banter and goes some way to prove that both are actually human.
IIRC Lewis has one of those G-Wagon things with some big wheels on it too, so I don't think its Rasist..

I think the whole covering it with a sheet was abit silly as we've just watched an hour of videos of it.

The rate of deceleration isn't linear, though.

Lovely car. Enormously impressed by the integrity of the maker, the design and its execution.

Horrible colour though. Very keen to see it in colours other than metallic orange or matte black..

How is this car not exciting?!

It is a brand new, bespoke-built sports car from a serious new force in the road car market, built in England?!

Was great to be allowed a window into a little bit of history in the making IMO and thanks to PH for posting it up.

I will never own one but it is massively exciting I would say.

Edited to clean up my mess of words.

That's quite a low torque figure in comparison with the BHP output especially since it has two blowers, I wonder if it's high revving?
