That's fine, as long as she goes straight.
Is there any more 'stuff' to add, or are you going to balance it out with some added mass ?
That's not a nice way to talk about Me Green.

When you said you had an 'oh st' moment I thought the caption was going to say you'd realised one of the assembly engineers was part of the structure now laugh

Absolutely delighted to see it take form. Actually looks a bit strange seeing it on rubber tyres.

Has it sunk in with the team yet?

I’m surprised it doesn’t get transported inside a trailer rather than open to the elements?

Looks great though.

The car looks a long way from complete. I assume the runway test will be done looking like that, ahead of a partial strip, check and rebuild to the final version for next year?

The bodywork in the region of the front wheels is complete, we simply cannot fit it with the runway wheels.

The car will not transport with the fin on.

What impact does running without the rocket (or equivalent mass?) have on the centre of gravity?

That trailer looks like it was build specifically for Bloodhound.

Another sponsor, no doubt!

Ah, does the same apply with the rear wheel shrouds?

Arrived today. Very excited, less so about the 700 mile round trip.

It's been running on vaper wear so far so will be very interesting to see it run. How close to running in anger it is will be the big question. I love the project but its struggled for cash, and exaggerated timelines to keep things going.

It would be a 650 mike round trip for me, I’d happily do it but I was there in August staying in Watergate Bay! Shame I missed it by a month or two.
For anyone going, if you want somewhere really nice to eat, go to The beach hut in Watergate Bay, only 5 mins from the airport. You need to book a day or two in advance though

I think they said it would have ballast to take place of the rocket, although presumably the fuel burning will cause a shift.
