I've owned lots of cars with 200k miles. No problems these days. I have 1985 BMW 745i turbo has 300k miles and the Ford F350 has 380k miles.

My dad bought his X5 brand new in 2003. It's on 227k now, the pic was taken in February.

Original Engine, Geabox, drivetrain bits and even suspension. Does feel a little baggy now though.

1999 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 2WD (US based). 249k. Owned since about 50k in 2004. V reliable.
Off the top of my head
Couple of starter motors, couple of aftermarket radiators, some AC work, couple of sensors, brakes, dampers, injectors, water pump, tyres (60k out of a set of Yokohamas)
Still the original exhaust
No rust
No MoT in my state......yikes

My recently purchased 2003 Octavia vRS 1.8t estate... could do with a suspension refresh but still cruises well at m'way speeds & surprisingly all paperwork from the original order form onwards supplied with it!.

226,000 on my old Passat PD130 I got rid of a few years back. Original clutch, box etc. Would do 52-55mpg all day long even at that mileage.

The X5 I pictured above now has just north of 230,000 miles on it now. Big service was had recently, and had new rear brake lines shortly thereafter. The A/C compressor has seized too, so instead of the £900 a BMW indy wanted just for the part, I managed to find a Hella Behr one for £270. It'll be going on soon and cold air will blow from the vents again.

That's very good. Mercedes know how to build an engine!! I had a Smart Roadster before; awesome little car!

Already has Powerflex bushes in. wink

Recently had new rear suspension arms, which cured the vast majority of the boaty-ness.

I think that deserves some kind of medal. To drive in a defender for nearly 300k miles must be bordering on torture in UN guidelines.

Just crossed the magic number myself...
2004 Jaguar X-type 2.0d
40,000 or so done by me!
Had it's first DMF and second clutch a few months ago, now it needs a driveshaft replacing! Otherwise it's been free of anything other than the usual wear items.
