And you know what, don't bother. Like I said, I'm done discussing. I'm done going around in circles. There is no point.

Third, this was already after all the name calling and insults from the other thread, which came first.
Do you not think there might be a clue in there? You started two related threads. You managed to wind up the audience in both.

The tone of your replies comes across (in English) as supercilious, dismissive and combative. Whether they were intended to be such is another matter.

You replied to someone on the very first page of your thread with the following:

"Should I explain to you what makes a vehicle technically a sports-cars or will it be beyond your level of comprehension?"
First, where is the name calling in that?

Second, are you really reaching that much for an argument? This reply was to somebody clowning around and posting the picture of a van of all things, which is as much of an insult as my reply, if not worse.

Third, this was already after all the name calling and insults from the other thread, which came first.
No argument required or desired DRVR. Some did actually try to have a proper discussion, but struggled to understand your parameters, whereas others tried to point out what they viewed as inconsistencies in your argument in a humorous way. However both your threads are now in tatters and you seem to be solely blaming other PHers for that

So, OP has a set of subjective parameters, then changes them to suit some new ones he introduces, then struggles to cope with the inevitable onslaught of tests to already fragile rules, all along getting upset with anyone that doesn't have the same interpretation of things that are in his head, tries to 'draw' in words specific minute details of what he's trying desperately to put over and fails in all but the flounce test which he passes admirably.

Have I missed anything?

Thanks goodness, and here's a guide to posting in the future, no charge.

Take a piece of paper and a pen.

Write down the topic you wish to discuss.

Below this, write the answer(s) to the question that YOU believe to be the correct one(s)

Put the piece of paper in a pocket, a wallet or a drawer.

Every couple of hours, remove from the pocket or wallet or come back to the drawer, read the topic title, then the answers.

Repeat until satisfied.

It would do us all a fking favour.

it was two-seat and mid-engined though, to be fair

I'm still waiting for the definition of what makes a sports car though

and the van was after your snide opening comment of it being 'above my pay grade' for suggesting this thread was just as confusing as the other, which after all the posts, it seems it was

I wonder what makes someone not post for years and then suddenly appear again to start a difficult thread and be obnoxious.

Come on then PH this is our chance for GREATNESS!

Lets design a new wave supercar!

So, i've done a template to help you out, and as you can see Dan is really loving the way it drives, but feeling a bit naked and under bodyworked! So, lets see if you can "design" a new supercar around the "mid engined, two seat" requirement, that doesn't look like anything previously done. I mean, how hard can it be right??

Here's my submission, and i think we can safely say it's nothing like we ever seen before from the boring old supercar establishment....

Dan has large calf muscles. Why is there a cyclist in there?

I think Dan just looks a bit chubby, no cyclist has a puffy gut like that.
