Spotted in the car park of a council HQ.

I can't think of anything that screams 'I've got no idea' more than this.
I'm pretty sure this car is fairly local to me, there can't be more than one out there right?
You'd hope not. This was in Dereham.

If the front splitter, rear diffuser, spoiler and wheels were all painted black it'd look decent
Yup, some choice satin blacking would sort that out. I'd do the little canards in front of the rear wheelarches too.
I had to do a double take, I thought that was a kit car at first. you have to be very 'special' to want to buy a ferrari for that much money and take it to your local grotty body kit garage.

They obviously breed, one of these things lives near me.

Tone down the paintwork inside and out, ditch the spoiler and fit some more tastful alloys and that would be acceptable. I wouldn't want to own it or drive it but aesthetically it's better than the MGF original.

I kind of agree with the above, if it was just a normal car with the fiesta front/skyline rear it might actually look quite interesting but the paint, spoiler and alloys really dont belong

I'm 95% sure those alloys are the standard OE ones...just painted awfully.

Edit to add....just clicked on the link laughlaugh WTF is that front end?!

An MGF / Fiesta hybrid. Looks a bit Lotusy and that's not a bad thing. Better than the source material IMO.

Me too. Change the wheel colour and lose the spoiler and the white stripe down the middle and it'd look ok. At least until you opened a door.

looks like the owner of the MGF is selling so he can probably carry on ruining that E39 parked up next to it.

I'm disappointed he's not wearing King Tut's death mask as a helmet.

I can see that numberplate proving too much temptation for someone with some tippex and a black permanent marker...
