Some truly brilliant pictures here (Spa and the Ring). That Corvette just needs respraying in the Le Mans livery and it'll be perfect biggrin Speaking of which, did anyone get a decent shot of the red and white C2 Stingray? Never seen one in real life before Spa cloud9

Cheers Dink, got the full size ones this morning. Expect to see them gracing an auto-journal near you soon! (Well as soon as we've got our new CMS software up and running...)

Sussed it - its Jamie Boots one - Luve the single Exhaust - I am leaning this way.

Surely not the first time this close to a large Sausage!

How could this car've possibly win with a 3:09 for best lap? Neil Howe....

It didn't win - results were shuffled by transponder faults apparently. Neil's car was lapped, we weren't.

If you fancy your chances against the Healey in your TR, let me know. wink

Of course I do Phil - but after a hard test season in new 6 it would have been hard on the car (and I am skint). Have Diff mounting issues to sort (being done) - beefing up.

6's do not run on those tyres (not period for the car being 7+ years newer).

We Murder the Healeys (when they are on Yokos) - Unfortunately, course they all left the Thoroughbreds! (But loads of Mogs now in and Murdering us!!). What would running on Yoko's do to the class I'd have to run in.

MEGA PIC's By all.

What Race was Jamie Boots Griff in?

Phil my be when I get the Griff done - we can double up in itwink

Was that travesty of a result left to stand? Imaging the furore if they had "missed a lap" in F1!

I don't know, I'm not really bothered. It's not the first time it's happened at that race meeting - using transponders is a relatively new feature in our race. Not so long ago they did it with manual timekeepers who had a habit of losing count! All part of the fun... wink

Bizarre that we need transponders as all the timing was pretty accurate before - alot easier for all the timing people though and cash to be made from it to.

The race you did Phil, you can have fia spec Tyred cars running with the yoko type mobs as well - presume that Heritage Aston that one is on Yoko's or Hoosiers? Not really a level playing field?

I've been toying a bit more with the video I shot over the weekend.
This time I've condensed the race into 3 minutes... *Click Here*
