Havent seen his vids before. What a self righteous dhead!
Never seen him before either, but it'd be funny if one of those drivers pulled up after he was beeping away and just belted him. Not that I encourage violence, but he sounds a prick.

Somebody was in a hurry. Car driver coming the other way looked a bit shocked.
Oncoming BMW driver could have moved over a foot or so to facilitate the Disco overtaking rather than maintaining course on a very wide road - that isn't to say the the Disco driver wasn't inconsiderate.
Typical driver these days. He would rather die than give up two feet of 'his' lane.

I'd say the RR being such a self important prick and making a pointless and illegal overtake to save a few seconds is more indicative

Seems to be the PH thing to suggest that people should facilitate and make way for other people's inconsiderate driving.

I agree it was a stupid double overtake with no consideration for others.

We never know why someone else is driving out of the ordinary. Even if we did, we're not the police.

Definitely just stay out the way where possible.

Even if it turns out to just be a weapons grade bellend in a hurry rather than a life and death dash to the hospital, its still safer for everyone if there's just one cock rather than two, right?

I won't bother but do let us know if he actually does capture something exciting like an actual crash rather than just shouting at folk changing lane.
He cracks me up (admittedly I'm easily amused). It's the complete overreaction to stuff I would've forgotten about 30secs later.

I must admit i do find his chuntering amusing, a bit sweary though.... As for someone asking where he is, all this is right on my doorstep! Halifax/Elland/Huddersfield

Could easily have been a fatal accident.

1. if you have time to horn it wasn't close enough.
2. Is it me or is there literally no effort in braking there?
3. Is it me or is there literally no effort in avoiding the collision there?
4. Is it me or was this pushed towards more of a close call on purpose for the camera?

I would say your right on all accounts.

Wasn't much need to brake, especially if you need to go around the object not stop. Unless people think it's a good idea to jam on the brakes and yank the steering wheel?

I didn't slam on the brakes as I thought the car would clear the road but as you can see, it slowed right down as it didn't make the turn. It must have gone up the grass or reversed?
I initially thought a good blast of the horn would be enough.
Thanks for the feedback, I will remember to brake harder and not use the horn next time paperbag

I'd have done the same, plenty of room to go around without slowing down too much... especially if your anticipating these type of antics.

Get round the numpty as fast a possible!

Also slamming on brakes might have resulted in someone rear ending you? Could see the road was clear so I'd have done the same, just nip round the muppet.

Best thing to do is get nice and close and maximise the risk of high speed impact. That way, sure people might end up seriously injured or dead, but you will probably get a nice near miss for your Youtube account.

Way to much reliance on an assumption the car will do what is expected, way to close for that.

Oh the joys of being able to analyse a situation and make a decision after it's happened rather than being given a split second to make a decision and execute the manoeuvre.

I wonder why he reads out the number plates. Do you reckon he is the kind of saddo that writes them all down and sends them off to the police? Or does he think putting the numbers online will shame the driver in some way?

I agree that you do sometimes seem to see posts where people seem to side with the worst person in the situation. Maybe they are idiots too.

In the last few years, my focus has shifted from "how can I stick it to the inconsiderate tts?" to instead trying to work out what the most intelligent response is as an advanced driver. In the main, that's what you are seeing here, I think, and that's why all the focus is on the innocent guy and what his response should be, because he is "us" in the situation.
