Always had a soft spot for the biturbos.

However, the words 'Maserati' 'Rust' and 'Easy repair' belong together in a sentence in the same way that 'Jo Brand' 'Lycra' and 'Sexy' do.

They're always right IMO though I'd be penniless, homeless and abused if one appeared on the driveway. That's before the car rapes me.

No need to worry about it raping you, it's a 90's Maser.

It'd lumber over towards you, looking all menacing, threaten to rip you a new one and then fail to get it up..... hehe

Sitting at OPC Hatfield, having just poked around a Macan. Looks like ideal transport for rear seat quadriplegics.

And the carbon fibre effect outside door trims...

Looks nicely made, mind.

Called in at local OPC for a fancy coffee and a look at one at weekend. Thought exactly the same. The bread knife's Clio had more room, yet the boot looked bigger than the Cayenne's. I know of at least one sale Porsche have lost due to that slip with the tape measure, although I hardly think they'll be arsed.

Queerly, the one we looked at didn't have an engine.

Sod the Z4 - what about the M1 or, even better, the Group 5 320i (I think) that is sat next to it?

Had a look in the boot. Thought it looked about the same size, but that the slope of the roof made it a less practical shape. Same as the Cayenne, really - you wouldn't want to try to carry a fridge in it.

Anyway, 911 now has a fresh ticket for another year thanks to Hatfield's complimentary MOT, and I managed to get the caffeine shakes while I waited. Result.

Warranty renewal comes up in June. That's going to sting a bit.

On ebay currently is something I've not previously seen - a GTE rebody in S2 flavour. In New Zealand apparently.

Photos make me suspect a scam though.
