1. Love the colour of that CL next to it.2. Oh look it's similar to this S8 Guy in an S8 a few weeks ago for some reason seemed to want to race me in my Panda 100HP, we got to a roundabout and he pulled away and wheelspun :O In an automatic that's got to be pretty impressive.
3. I used to see a 545i in Surrey quite often (predecessor to 550i). Think this was before the M5 was out/petrol prices were stupid. Always thought it looked pretty cool though, was a grey kind of colour and had tinted back windows. If it was debadged I'm sure it would shock some people.
4. Sorry, it belongs to Peter Singh Virdi.
Fantastic pictures BTW.

Steadyrock I believe they tune the SL500 so the 50 badging may be correct.
Oh, but the engine is 3724cc. Is it still a 50?Oh and they also offer to tune SL350 on their site.

I was thinking that - rear bumper and ride height???
I've been tracking down an E28 M5 for ages - beaten to it!!!
The Plymouth Prowler looks genuine to me! I've thrashed one of those around for an afternoon on an airfield - not as great as it looks!!
im sure the guy said it had a granada engine in it, mind you it was 6 years ago and i cant remember what i had for tea last nightI've been tracking down an E28 M5 for ages - beaten to it!!!

Hola.......
Seems like you've been spotted! [click click]
Hey mate, keep up! Pays to keep reading through the thread. About 113 people said it belonged to Peter Singh Virdi after that post! But Callughan is right, Tchenguiz does have a number of V plates and he also has a Veyron. Also similar colour.
PD9, I have loads of unanswered spots throughout the thread, so maybe this is destined to be one of them too? I hope not.

(hey where's Nevyn and his RR knowledge??)......an army of eager spotters and ever ready 'thread advisers'. Fascinating it's been checking this thread EVERY day and seeing great pictures and even better information. Easily the best thing for me in the past 6 months. Easily.
Callughan (The Porsche/AMG pimp) (I got your message, hold on, I'll sort it!)
clumpy......welcome. I think you're something like the 18th person to make this their first posting stopoff on PH.
This is my 1000th post. Boom! I think I'm done. It's been spiritual.
Ciao.

Great catch. The GT is surely one of the best finds we've ever had. A real rarity with a lot of kudos. Not just a limited edition badge job, but a car, properly built to have more character from the standard offerings. PD9 said:
This got me really stumped. The problem being is that late 50's to mid 60's, this was the American Automotive industry's heyday. So all the big players had multiple cars that looked or competed with something like this. I've been around the houses, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Pontiacs....Buicks, Edsels....Oldsmobiles....another issue is that identifying by headlights is awkward as it looks like there are 'skull & crossbones' stickers all over them! I started thinking a '64 Chevrolet Corvair Monza. But that's not quite big enough and the eyes are closer together on the 'spot' than the equivalent model. Then I thought, possibly a '62 Ford Galaxie 500. But the bonnet on the spot seems to be much edgier and pointed than the rounded downturn on a Galaxie.....PD9, I have loads of unanswered spots throughout the thread, so maybe this is destined to be one of them too? I hope not.

See Kurt? You can pick out the other stuff aside from all the endless exotica. Cool spot Your photography is consistently excellent, and I really hope one day, you'll make it work for you....Harnessed talent can = 'moolah'. Kurtblythman interesting what you say about Dubai, I lived out there so nice to hear someone elses view. Just like all places it has its good and bad places. However I still feel some of their top places still have some way to go until they reach European standards; for example there are not many Michelin star restaurants out there if any, and service wise I feel they are learning as they go along. They are however simply growing at an amazing rate, I also agree there is a strange atmosphere.
Car wise Dubai has hot cars but unlike Central London where you see exotica on a regular basis, it was hard to spot high end cars such as SLR, CGT's, Konenigsegg on a daily basis. (Could be the Royals are cautious around the locals?)
Monaco is also nice but is tiny and very touristy imo.
Merry Christmas,
C

Yeah despite what my pictures might display, spotting exotica in Dubai is hard. To be honest i saw more exotica in Monaco one day that i did in a whole week of Dubai.Car wise Dubai has hot cars but unlike Central London where you see exotica on a regular basis, it was hard to spot high end cars such as SLR, CGT's, Konenigsegg on a daily basis.
