bad news. my car has adopted an alpha posture as a result of my arrogant parking.
it's just tried to beatty the car next to it
hahahahaha, brilliantit's just tried to beatty the car next to it
There is the guy (nob) in my girlfriends car park, who parks his 911 turbo like this, (its old crap)
So I purposely squeeze in next to it
Quite lucky. At the site I used to work at the car park was the size of a postage stamp, and you had to leave a note in your car saying who it belonged to and your keys were left in your tray in the main work room so everyone knew where to find them. Cars from the early shift would be blocked in by late shift, who would then be blocked in by nightshift. This mean people played a game of Chess (or was it Tetris) to get cars out. There was some expensive metal in there too; Porsches, a Range Rover Overfinch that belogned previously to Cheryl Cole, a Clio V6 and an Escort Cosworth, among other things! Mind you, if your insurance covered you it did mean you got to drive a lot of different cars day to day!
I then moved to another site, which thankfully has secure parking (key access gates going in). It also has a lot more parking space, and at least on nightshift I can pretty much always choose my parking space of choice (next to the exit gate, so I can gaze at my car as I drive off site in work vehicles throughout the night). I was offered a chance to go back to the first site when I had my Volvo S60 and I had to turn it down for no other reason than that the Volvo's turning circle was too wide to make it useable in that car park!

i'm pretty lucky with parking at work, we have a decent sized private car park that's always got a lot of extra spaces free (at least 30 more each day), hence this...
I dont see the problem with his parking in this situation Calm down people, i'm sure a lot of you would park the same in the same circumstances
I'm with the OP.
People having a go need to actually read the thread, he is not inconveniencing anyone in the slightest, whilst minimising the chances of getting his car bashed, does it upset your OCD or something to see a car not parked parallel with the other cars?
i parked in a seldom used public car park yesterday and parked right up the far corner by the bins to get a bit of space (there must have been 100 spare spaces closer to the town, which is the only reason people would park there)
I got back to a scabby old astra hugging my pax door, FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!
that said, i would park a couple of spaces to the right, adjacent to the grass, in future, just so it looks like a conscious act rather than wilfully bad parking.
Nice E36 though, i can see why you are protective.

You obviously havent driven one
No. Can't say I'm interested in taking one for (ahem) a spin either. Porsches do nothing for me.I also think you're in a minority if you think old Porsche Turbo's don't have a reputation for disappearing tail first through the scenery especially in the wet.
