The thing being chased by the tank was the Range Rover Sport, I liked that too :-) my favourite clip was clarkson vectra review, ha ha ha
That was my first ever post, "what the heck, I'll try the forums" I thought. Wierdly how come this post seems like it was ages ago yet that episode of Top Gear doesn't seem that long ago?

Anyway, 10,000th post party
Because its on Dave every week.

You've obviously not read Deevlash's resurrection post.

Can't believe no one mentioned the episode where they got some boffins in and designed and built a genuine rocket.
The excitement that JM and RH had whilst they were waiting for it to launch was almost palpable.

I was gutted for them when that hinge failed, by far the best episode of TG that one for me.

Do you mean the mini-ski-jump rocket, or the reliant-robin-shuttle?

The reliant episode is my favourite one.

The mobile rolling road with the 70's supercars still makes me laugh - especially following the result of JC's Maser.

Edit - 6mins 35secs onwards http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p365vh30kNc

Hammond coming out of that tunnel, to that music in that Pagani Zonda Roadster. His childishness showed the real passion/excitement for the car, giggling like a school boy flooring a £300k supercar through a tunnel - living the dream!! I think I relate because I was grinning and loving watching it, god knows what it must have been like at the wheel:

Between 1:30-2:36.

That's the first clip I thought of when I read the thread title. I think I created a thread when it was first aired, I was that impressed with it.
