The legality matters a lot.
If a scrap dealer bought this van last week, and was smoking around in it, no MOT or Tax, it would explain why the guy was a complete chunt. IE: It isn't registered to him and he can behave like a complete ass with no fear of consequence.
However a quick check, because I can, says the the vehicle is taxed(therefore not sold, tax now not being transferable)therefore still owned by by APC builders.
I wish I had the same amount of free time as you clearly have to waste of such trivalities. If a scrap dealer bought this van last week, and was smoking around in it, no MOT or Tax, it would explain why the guy was a complete chunt. Lancashire County Council got a load of grief one year, not because of bad driving, but because a gritting lorry with their livery on it was seen gritting private car parks on business parks. People wanted to know why their council tax money was being used to clear private car parks for businesses. It turned out the lorry had been sold on by the council and neither the council nor the new owner had removed the Lancashire County Council livery.
APC are employing this guy, but Nelson has raised a point that company livery should be removed from vehicles before they're sold on.

Wondering why the dash cam car didnt just nip into L3 and move off. Van driver was a bloody idiot though, hope they took that vid to the police.
Car? Was it not a lorry? HGVs are unwelcome in Lane 3 of a 3-lane motorway!I guess that sums up why the road network is in such a state with people like you running it.
One of us needs an eye test and i suppose i best send my HGV licence back

You'll have to point it out to me, It starts at 4 lanes looking at the lane dividers , Lane 1 becomes a lane drop and then 2 lanes off slip, leaving truck in L2 of a 3 Lane cway, as clearly noted on the roadworks signs lane 1 and 2 all vehicles, L3 width restriction clearly visible in "the fray", truck driver was never illegal or unlawful in any lane that he was in from what i can see.

He can't go in the outer lane that's why he didn't do so to avoid the van!

Someone asked why the lorry driver didn't use the next lane to avoid the van, the answer being because he wasn't legally allowed to. No one said he did use a lane illegally. One of us needs an eye test and i suppose i best send my HGV licence back
Enjoyed this one:
"I was thinking of erecting a building which needed a roof in a difficult location, which ordinary roofers just weren't interested in doing. After contacting APC I was so relieved when they said they would help me. I explained it was in the central lane of the M62, and they said they were very familiar with stopping there to assist and advise their fellow drivers in their own special way, so would have no problem helping me."

It's insanity to not remove your own sign-writing. You've effectively handed your vehicle over to someone you don't know from Adam to represent your business. Madness, and tbh, I'd be surprised if anyone actually did it, I'd sooner believe that a story about selling a vehicle still sign-written is simply untrue.heebeegeetee said:

Not quite the same thing, but ours always went back to the lease company sign-written (we don't lease any more thank God). We had a complaint about someone's driving and it turned out to be the BCA auction driver that collected it.
