No, but right continent. I can say that it is based on another car and it is possible to see that base through some of the stylistic features of the car.
It looks like 50s British tin, Hindustan Ambassador-ish, although only 2 doors and wrong wheel arches.

It's not British and the wheel arches are unique to this version. Both the base and this car had two doors though.

More help: Take a look at the windows and you should be able to find the base car.

It's not a ZAZ and it is actually a reasonable well known name that produced the body. It was produced for a French client in 1953.

I'm guessing it's based on a Peugeot 504 coupe/ cabriolet but with some Ferrari lights. No idea who's done it though!
