Are you suggesting the subframe was so bendy that when he turned into the space he thought he had parked it straight?

It could be sympathy call?
A convertible M3 normally means the owner is the type of person likely to want to have their a******** bleached.

All from Redcar town center, all within a minute's walk of a large and mainly empty car park.

The one on the crossing is my favourite.

what brain-dead numpties, who on earth would think it's acceptable to leave a vehicle in that position?

throw one in my direction please - I'm not seeing it. I know it's not parked, I was referring to NFL/DVLA

Piss poor clamping it opposite a junction, bit of a tard.

Reading the article I didn't understand this "“They should’ve phoned us and told us and we could have done it straight away online – it’s that quick and it could have saved us all this trouble.” How can they tax it without a valid MOT

That fact it was SORN'd I am assuming they thought they could tax it on line.

Not parking of their car but just before Christmas, supermarket car park is full so woman obstructs space with 2 trolleys whilst her husband gets car from "round the corner".

Reading the article, it says it was taxed and the clamp removed. So I am still confused how they were able to tax it without an MOT.

I imagine the vehicle is seized on the spot (was stopped at first passenger pick up point, apparently) with the advantage of surprise. Once seized, I guess DVLA and driver not legally allowed to move it until it is lifted / towed.

But then, what do I know . . .
