Oh don't get me wrong, I don't not like it. Just imagine a summer european roadtrip in that ![lick](/inc/images/lick.gif)
I've asked to view tomorrow. Any pointers or thoughts? ![lick](/inc/images/lick.gif)

Would make a great daily for me, 60's looks without having to be too precious......

What's with the modern spotlights though, like this one?

Few changes I would have to make;
Spotlights
Carpets
Steering wheel
Stop it rusting![wink](/inc/images/wink.gif)
Stop it rusting, if only......if you work out a way to do that I might just have another mini, one day. Once you've changed your 40th A panel you get a touch jaded.Spotlights
Carpets
Steering wheel
Stop it rusting
![wink](/inc/images/wink.gif)
That is ripe for a decent steering wheel and some period lights

I think they did a really good job with the original '8.
Here's a short clip, I don't know if it's on the YT thread, sent to me by my younger brother and it is excellent.
I think it's fair to say his throttle only has one position...
FLAT OUT

So lovely.I suspect that would be a difficult viewing, mainly thanks to the level of seduction on offer. One of those cars you've already sold to yourself before the phone call is made. First turn of the key and blip of the throttle, the mind goes foggy, and before you know it the full asking has been paid.
Nothing to offer about what to look for, but maybe best to bleach the mind of those sunny day trips to pubs with thatched roofs, and focus the thinking on pictures of mig welders and melted debit cards

Le Mon version also lovely. The XJS's time has certainly come.

I had one of those with the full leather 'Executive' interior trim. It was a fantastic thing and many memorable road trips were enjoyed in it. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Renault-19-16v-Ex-Nigel-...

Alas I suspect H508HLF has long since been consigned to the great French scrapheap in the sky.

Nice E36 M3s seem few and far between these days.
