What appeared to be an original Ford GT40 rumbling through Manchester city centre just now. So loud! No photo sadly.

Gulf colours? If so saw it near the Cathedral a couple of Saturdays ago ... I just assumed it was a kit, albeit a good one.

This is a V8 but has it got a fwd type rear bumper to disguise the twin exhausts ?

I looked under the back to check for driveshafts.
V8? That must surprise a few people! yikes

Ok turns out my spidey sense wasn't that accurate. I like it though.

I often see this BMW i8 on my daily commute and I assume that this guy has put some miles on this example too as it has been seen by other friends in other parts of town. Spotted in Chesterfield.

It has V8 badges on the front wings,I wouldn't have given it a 2nd glance otherwise but nothing on the bootlid

to suggest its potential.

It's parked off road BTW.

Everything to common now to bother photographing?

White California in Doncaster with the ste plate SPL1F
I don't think the plate is that bad, considering. Is it still correctly spaced etc? Seen in the past on a Range Rover and I think a Bentley Brooklands looking relatively respectable.

Mansory Continental GT63...
Some sort of security device underneath?
Japan pay parking system. When you park the device senses the vehicles and raises. Release by paying at a machine - each space is numbered so just punch in the number and then lots of money. No barriers, wardens.... Simple.

It was a Cat D write off last year. Possibly a rear ender so repaired using parts available? Would explain the missing V8 boot badge also?

Just spotted this piece of JDM goodness.

I know this is an EP3 type R but is there something special about this one.
If it is genuine, the white ones were Japanese only market and (I think) had slightly more power. Rare in the UK.

Iirc the JDM EP3 was only available in championship white, had a few engine tweaks for more power and also had a Recaro interior. New Era imported one for a customer, not cheap mind!
