What are the green pedestal thingies. Whatever they are I think it says they're "out of order".I just hope they're not charging points for electric vehicles, otherwise that Tesla might have been sat there with a boot full of flat-pack furniture all weekend...

Possible rarity?..
Spotted a Vectra GSi last week on the A5 near Cannock. Didn't like them at all when they were out, but this one looked spotless and actually really cool in a 90's nostalgic sort of way!
Didn't get a photo but it was white / white, very much like this:
And according to Wiki:
"Only 3900 2.5 GSi models were ever produced, mostly in saloon and hatchback guise. With only 317 estate versions produced during this time, they became one of the rarest production Vauxhalls ever.
On model years 2001 and 2002, a last of the line 2.6 GSi was made also but these were limited to 500 cars. These were again mostly saloons and hatchbacks however 37 estates were made."
I don't recall the registration, but given the age and type of car, I'd imagine there aren't many left today, especially as clean as this appeared.

It was indeed driven on the ring, with the splitter, far from in anger though, skip to 1:50.

Does a DeLorean count as a 'rarity'? (I know it's not a "Supercar" )
Waiting to cross the road at Runnymede on Sunday, when I realised that we'd just been passed by a DeLorean, heading away from Egham toward Windsor.
My boys swear they also saw a BAC Mono in Sunningdale, outside the car dealership formerly known as 'Sunningdale Motors'. I can't comment because I was busy trying to avoid a twunt in a Passat, who appeared to be waiting for a parking space outside the Domino's Pizza place ahead on the left, and indicating left, but who decided, while signalling left, to rejoin the flow of traffic. I was part-way past them as they began to move, and I nearly got hit on the nearside rear door as the Passat driver moved off (presumably) without looking at all.

Sunningdale Motors has been bought by Super Vettura. They are a franchise for BAC so your boys are correct. There is plenty of exotic cars in there on show.
Thanks! I didn't disbelieve them, as they're a pair of petrol-heads to be fair. It's just that I didn't see the thing, so didn't want to 'claim' the spot Thanks also for reminding me of the name above the door of the garage - I saw that on the return trip, but couldn't remember it for the purposes of posting, hence me referring to it by it's former trading name.
