So sorry guys, came back to an absurd amount of work, I will get back on at the weekend and go through all the posts to finish off the trip.

Currently sitting in McLaren Knightsbridge at the 'official' reveal of the 750S, first downtime I've had.

I was originally going for a green close to this, it is very striking in the flesh.
Too late to change now but I do love the Volcano Red I've ordered.

Yeah, I've gone for those, love them.

I only noticed on the last trip that the wheels on my 720 look a bit like lots of penises. You may take any inference from that you choose!

thank you, yes

one of the reasons i’ve been much quieter on here is that i was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer a few months back and have had a quite torrid few months

the reason i was sore is that i had a massive reaction to a drug on Sunday collapsed and almost died .. but thank christ for the HSE in ireland and Galway hospital

then only yesterday the consultant told me the spread has gone and the original source is massively reduced and now dormant .. so yes in remission … hurrah

( oh and i won’t be getting that injection again laugh )

i mention it because reading Br d’s posts is proof positive that you have to live life to the full and enjoy as if every day is your last

so thanks Leins for your concern, and to Br d for living life so well despite his recent losses and adversity

onwards and upwards Rodders

Really sorry to hear what you've been through lately ED and fantastic to hear your good news.
You have such a great attitude which has no doubt contributed to your recovery.

You speak eternal truths mate. Life can be very hard and arbitrarily cruel and we must take any and all opportunities to squeeze what we can from it.
I salute you sir and if you ever want to be thrashed around in a stupidly fast car and then bought a beer in a decent pub I'll be happy to make it happen.

So glad to hear you’re on the mend! I must try doing one of the car shows / cars&coffee out west some time actually, not been over that way for a while

Everyone gives out about the HSE, and they’re not perfect as an organisation, but they saved my father-in-law’s life a couple of months ago too (strep A that was only diagnosed when a doctor wouldn’t give up on him). He’s gone from massive organ failure in May to taking the grandkids out for McDonalds this weekend

Good luck with the new 750 btw Brad

Been out boarding again this evening. Come back to this lovely bar and stuck my stuff in the corner.

They go "Oh fine yes, please, put it there. Which room are you staying in?"
