Not really my cup of tea but thought this might appeal to some and I can't remember the last time I saw one......looks good value when compared to an equivalent Golf GTI

£1850

appears to be a dodgy paint finish to that nsf wing and a very orange peeley bootlid for something that's never had any paint but as you say very cheap compared to a similar golf

I think the use of green highlighter pen helps the provenance.

It's a blessed relief it hasn't got some inappropriate roofrack on it.

This doesn't appeal at all. A Vitesse maybe, but a 2 litre automatic Rover 800?

The motoring equivalent of Valium surely.
This one seems to have a dead body in the driving seat...

I like survivors like this - 33k miles but £4.5k! http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C649117

With the fastback shape, these are sort of like an early CLS (too far?!).
A four-wheeled euthanasia chamber. How novel.

I bet it also comes with a faint smell of wee, cushions on the back shelf and a packet of werthers originals in the glove box. The new owner will have to agree to always wear a hat and open backed driving gloves

Isn't the GTII based on the 90bhp GT rather than with a GTX/ GTI version?

1985 Audi 80 Sport with just 17,000 miles. It must be the most original example in the UK.

Slightly over the budget but with no history a sensible offer should get it.

I've always like the look of these.

Les is a proper, authentic 70s kiddy fiddler name. I imagine that Les has curiously creepy hands, milk bottle glasses, and an alarming quantity of nasal hair.

Like the Audi, but not at that money.

Nice, late car. Not sure how many BHP you get once you add the M Power engine cover though.

Wow that's lovely. I had one - in white. That is genuinely a once in a lifetime car in that condition smile
But it's got the wrong (90) rear reflectors on it

I don't understand why there wouldn't be any history with a car in a condition such as this.

Maybe the owner died and they couldn't find it or something?

Wow! That car is greeeeeeeeeey. The inside is even greyer. They certainly could make grey cars back in the 80s! I was studenting then, and had forgotten until just now how popular grey was - grey cars, grey clothes, grey teeth, Grey Gowrie. OK, not him. Everyone thought he was a knob.

Fade to Grey!

MG Rover ZTT SE 260 V8

pearlescent paint too. Not sure how long it will remain within thread budget though.
Typhoon Monogram paint. I loved mine. It was just the 2.5 V6 though. I've been watching this EBay car but really have zero use or space for it.

Still want it.

Here's mine. Now dead I think. It was a rare car in so many ways. Allegedly buil for John Towers it was one of the last MK1s off the line.
