I wish I could track down a particular car so I can look to buy it! It’s a 2011 Citroen C1 knocking on 100k miles but I really want the plate for my son.

It’s not a vanity plate but would effectively spell his first name and initials.

I’ve no chance finding the owner have I really?
Not legally, no.

It is possible to enquire owner details at the DVLA over things like parking disputes, but doing so just to get a name and address in order to enquire about buying a number plate would not be.
Thought so - cheers

I would love to find my old MR2 Mk1 in White. if anyone sees it in a driveway somwhere (it's MOT ran out 2014) I want to restore it!!

E39 NEX
How badly would you like it back
You know where it is?
What sort of condition is it in?

I tried to drop you an email but doesnt allow it
I'm not sure why I don't really know how to use this website.

And yes I have just bought it along with another one. Typical mk1 mr2 condition I would say rust wise. Not as bad as I thought for standing since 2014

G370KRN - mercury grey XR2i

I checked a while back it and it was showing as not taxed since 2005, but has recently changed to SORN so assume it must be around in some form.

Cheers

Hey all.
Granddad passed away on Monday morning and we’ve been going through old photos. Found a photo of his old BMW, registration “H243 BKO”. DVLA shows it’s tax and MOT expired in November 2007, with the last V5C issued in July 2007.

Where do I start looking for information on the car and how do I start tracking it down (assuming it still exists)?

Appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Sunny.

It is SORN. https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-status. Not showing up as Insured. https://ownvehicle.askmid.com/
