I wouldn't let him anywhere near my car with a car looking like that.
Same here, it doesn't look very professional.

Each to their own "innit bruv" ....... Few businesses around here have used daft stuff over the years to get noticed, such as:

> Thai take-away with bright yellow smart car, with spinners and motorbike exhaust cans

> numerous bodyshops and valetters with Astra vans that've been "blinged"

> another bodyshop had an old old ekky v an, with 300bhp RS turb lump in it

> One mexican restaurant imported a big-ass yank thing from the 1950s, painted it flamingo pink and wacked signs on it

> A local "sandwhich van" had 2 or 3 hot-rods, all with his signage across it.
Yes, I get it but it's only in the world of celebs that any publicity is good publicity. A business has to exude an image through the way it advertises. If you advertise in a tacky way, you're going to give the impression you deal in tack. There are ironis examples such as a 300hp van which would probably illustrate an aptitude for mechanical modification but the general point is to attract custom, not drive it away.

Which is not to say that if you're chasing a large pool of tacky customers who don't care, that's not an effective means of doing it.

Answered your own statement there chap. If the fastra owner is valetting chav-rides, then surely he's walked into a pool of custom?

Unfortunately its maximum speed with the weight of the flux capacitor is only 87 MPH...

To be fair, that's not really a horror, given that it's been used for charity events, and hence is "dressed up" as such.

It's a good effort.

You may be right but these tend to be people with less money or who do it themselves and "V8 Valeting" suggests loftier ambitions as might the 4 exhausts....

Not a horror as such (depending on your sensibilities) but there's an M3 ad with the following that made me laugh:

Ahhhh, the dub scene....Another great example of the utter site that emanates from within. At least it doesn't have a rusty bonnet with antiquated roof rack.

Hidden behind a wire mesh grill either side of the number plate, I guess.

No numberplate light and I wonder how it passed the MOT.

That car has sweet FA to do with the Dub scene my good man, that is more Max Power style.
