Thing is, don't most modern cars, (especially Merc's), come with Bluetooth/handsfree as standard?

Why hasn't he taken the two minutes to pair his phone with the car?
I reckon he was seriously thinking about going back round & heading South! tongue out

Typical situation in my LWB van, car parks like Tesco etc I well overhang two spaces so I never really know whether to edge the wheels right up to the line so that the bumper is sticking out into the "road" but it does just about allow a Corsa or the like to grab the space behind with him just overhanging or whether to just take both spaces and leave no overhang.

I usually do the former if it's busy but as a PH'er obviously I'm one of the worlds elite at being considerate so I always park as far away as possible where it's less busy.

In the local Maccy Ds I just bang the rear wheels up onto the kerb so the overhang is just hanging over the grass verge.

Not so much as bad parking, but thought I would post. How low can the council sink.

To be fair, that doesn't look like a parking space.

Council are idiots, but most are. smile

From that angle, your right, but most obviously see a gap between two cars, which is the same size as a space, and was probably one before the wheelie bin took over, and think it must be a space.

Money grabbing council, its the same council who are thinking of enforcing parking on Sundays to raise more reveue.

It is OK to park on a roundabout to take a call as long as you display your hazard warning lights

Unless you have broken down, but we know what they are doing. biggrin. Just another idiot on our roads no doubt.

He'd just read tha Cambridge university report that revealed that hands free is as hazardous as hand held and decided to park up and phone his boss at the copier shop.

I went to B&Q this afternoon in the works dooley Transit. Parked it in the Trade Point section, where one might be forgiven for thinking they have van sized spaces, but they don't and a bit of my van was in 4 spaces.

Well spotted, but no prizes. They all need the award of a KITA. (Are you a mountaineer?)

Those spaces are tiny but that's no excuse. It looks like it's all been caused by either the silvery/gold Mondeo or the blue Zafira and then everyone else just fitting in next to them.
