Suzuki GSX-R1000 K5 for me today. A real predator on the road, a combination of greatness in all areas, in particular the engine, which had great midrange for an IL4 and the searing top end that IL4s are known for. The bike was the starting point for BMW when they designed the current bike that rules the roost, the S1000RR and HP4 variant.

This today. 100% standard, usually a crime when it comes to Evo's but a standard 6 GSR appeals so much.

The 6's came with Brembos. APs are a fantastic (and pretty expensive) upgrade though.

Saw this today and spent a while looking it over thinking it was rather nice, now can't stop thinking about it.

Any more details?
It's the old Monkfish Maloo.. Monkfish (bottom one)

Think that he paid quite a few pennies for it, it's not standard and a bit nippy apparently hehe

I was looking at Monaros before I bought my tiv, and seeing this gave me that itch again.

Been out in my S2000 today and whilst it sounds great once you have wide open throttle and a few revs, it do wish it would have more presence when going slowly / just setting off. Need something with a load burble - probably a v8. Any suggestions? (Because that's what I've been obsessing about today!)
Anything other than TVR's too!

That's almost classy in that colour.

The IV, V and VI were such damn good looking cars.

A cabinet reshuffle is inbound...

I fancy an S60 for day to day wafting and comfortably getting to worm and back...

And for fun...

Sold within three hours of listing, older gent thinks he may have underpriced it (A$15k)... Yes, by about half.
