The owner probably thinks it's mega funny, lulz, etc, and reads as BIG VAG (well VAJ as he obviously couldn't get the plate with a G).

The other possibility is that he's telling everyone that he has a massive craving for big gaping vaginas?

Alternatively maybe the male driver contained inside is just telling everyone around him that he's actually the big fanny the plate is referring to?

The plate C2 USE is a common sight hereabouts as is FOR 45. Think of value if it were FOR 56

A few nice plates around Leeds over the last few weeks:
ET 1 on an Audi A8 and U 1 on a Jaguar XJ; parked next to each other and both mayoral cars I think.
RBF 1 and LBF 1 both on Range Rovers.
1 ALT on another Range Rover.
1 LWC on a Leeds Welding Company truck.
76 H on an LR Discovery.
S41 EEM on an Audi Q7.
