On the subject of Cobras;

I had a go in this the other week........

Ridiculously fast, bonkersly fast in fact, but what doesn't show in this video is just how well sorted the handling is -

Indeed. About as subtle as an unsubtle thing can be.

It really was yes

It was also a fantastic thing to drive too, and looked even better with its hardtop on cloud9

Guys,

Does anyone know of any cheap E39 M5's going? I saw a few at the SS and you know what. I've dicked about, dancing round the edges of ///M for too long. I'd like to switch out my CLK55 for one, for as little as possible. I'd advertise my CLK for £5-6000. maybe i'm dreaming but they are rare and mines in fine fettle, this is bargain basement M5 but hey-ho, funds arent as free flowing since buying out the ex!

About time!

I shall keep my ear to the ground as you do get the odd cheap and well maintained examples crop up.

Had a good run out to Silverstone on Sunday.
Some lovely roads and a gorgeous sunny day.

Even saw JeremyC there too.

Looks pretty good from a distance...
