GU63 LTY on a fully stickered-up police car in Dorking; made me smile when I noticed it.

Yes it belongs to a BMW main dealer,iv seen it at the BMW group auctions a few times, posted it a while back on a new 640d Grand Tour.
Ive also seen TRY 1 and 1 TRY also on BMWs at dealership, owned by Cotswold i think and X5 LUV on an X5 at Dick Lovett!

Looks like it was part of a batch. Does someone at DVLA have a sense of humour and gave them a batch that included the number, or was it just a coincidence?

Is there a batch of ....PYG waiting to be issued?

Some from the last few days:
WK 7110
1 UKS
194 PHA
S1 CLE - which was on a van from a motorcycle company. Its numberplate was also the numberplate of a scooter graphic on the van.
M155 ADO - on a really nice red MR2.
83EF. Due to the spacing, this should be on the other thread but the fact that it was on a van belonging to D&R Meats means I'll let it go.
T8 AGS - which was correctly spaced despite the temptation . . .

V15 BEN on a newish BMW on my industrial estate near Leicester on Friday. Chuffed I've managed to see another fellow PH'er.
That's insane!
I sold the plate a few months back.
Hadn't been spotted for years and now the new owner gets seen. hehe
Would be great to see a photo of it on the new car.
I'll see what I can do smile I'm usually only there in the daytime on Fridays, but it did look like it was in a staff space rather than a visitor so fingers crossed.
It's Friday, as promised...

Wow, that looks a bit surreal seeing it on someone else's car after 12 years on mine!
Nice car choice though and thanks of course for the photo.

What car is VBL 1 on? Couldn't tell as going the opposite direction, but it was some old shed that isn't worth as much as the plate.

A few from my recent travels around Scotland:

SB 1 - Land Rover Discovery

5 G - Range Rover

S4 LLL - Toyota Rav-4

TAN 5 - Range Rover

And regulars to this thread will know that I was particularly pleased to see the below plate on what looks to be an abandoned M6 GC. Looks to have been there for some time judging by the thick layer of grime.

On the wrong car but thought this was pretty good "THE 944S"

I stopped to take the photo. If you're wondering it's my son's Ka I'm driving, I don't own a Ka, it's very fun though.
