Ratty old VW Type 25 camper van BLU 35Y totally correctly spaced. Wonder how much "BLUESY" would be worth at auction?

Girlfriend spotted another on my behalf.

Shameful parking though but not sure on the context, i.e. my missus may have walked 500yards across an empty car park to take the pic angel Which would excuse the parking over two spaces (imo)

No excuses... But you need the space in case someone parks close to the side of you and you can't get back in....
It's no joke the doors need a fair gap to open as iv experienced a few times...! headache

Even without those doors that's correct parking procedure to try and protect your P&J.

U9 & JUL 1A both on Silver S Class Mercedes

I'd guess the 1st one is a private hire car, the 2nd was being driven by a 'mature' lady

Ah, the eternal debate on PH.

If that was mine, I'd have reversed in the very end spot.

Does anyone have any knowledge on the origin/whereabouts of RD 1?

These links indicate it could belong to Ron Dennis?

Well, it is on a black SL63, and it was originally issued by Reading. If no-one beats me to it I'll post the date of issue when I get back on Wednesday.
..and two days later than planned, I can confirm it was issued in September 1928.read
