You're all missing the point. What this guy's nephew's business
I could post up the emails between myself and the guys who photographed my car, proving I have no connection with this company, but I can't be be bothered. There were quite a few of us PHers who went along to have our cars photographed, I just thought you guys might be interested in taking a look. I'm getting bored of explaining myself, I'll stick to the south coast and TVR forum where I'm well known at the regular meets. zed4 said:

Ok, I can see that the large majority of people that post on this site really just go round thread after thread trolling, if you have the time and effort to do that, then I feel very sorry for you, that you have nothing better to do than hide behind your computers pretending you have more friends than you actually do.
I think a lot of you are actually missing the point of this company.
A lot of you like to drive around in nice expensive cars, some even go so far to collect certain high end brands and post pictures of them outside your house for every one to see, some people like to wear expensive watches and clothes etc. With these plates you are buying into a brand, something bespoke, something different to the norm, something new.
Its a status symbol
How you design your plate reflects you, so if its tacky, you made it tacky.
Why do you go to fancy plates?
Because you can put a little lotus badge where the GB was or to personalise it with your company details, and because it suits what you are prepared to pay.
With this site there are hundreds of different combinations you can create to suit you and your car, and they're not going to create anything that isn't legal.
I'm looking forward to receiving my plates later this week.
Eleven posts, in 26 months, & every one in this thread? I think a lot of you are actually missing the point of this company.

We each individualise our cars.
The difference between Fancy Plates and Fourdot, however, is about £160.
That's like paying to be called a fool.... isn't it?
Just looked at the website and I must be missing something obvious.
The company would appear to be sticking old wallpaper onto the rear number plate plinth of a car with a smaller number plate cut to the same profile as the plinth, and charging circa 185 quid for it.
Fools and their money.

That said, I have had some superb double glazing put in this week and also bought one of those machines that cuts vegetables into spirals, a truly magnificent device at only 9.99. PM for details on either

At the risk of giving them some more publicity, they really are gash aren't they!
I read an article yesterday about the premium hifi market (after enduring a friend telling me he'd just 'upgraded' his speakers for the umpteenth time because of his fanboi obsession with a brand I won't name, but it sounds like 'Binn' and the company who make them started by pirating someone else's design of turntable.) These plates fall into the same category as £2000 speaker and HDMI cables and £500 rubbery feet for sitting your hifi gear on.
