I agree, stunning car. The only thing I don't like is the spoiler on the boot, I just dont think it suits it at all.

And they say its grim up north... someone was lying! biggrin
It always amazes me that anyone with money would choose to live in Chesire - Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Prestbury - they're all desperately grim.

A few others from Wilmslow/Alderley Edge yesterday.

SLR with C63 in tow...

...that came back the other way, and turned out to be a very nice PHer smile

Rare to see one of these in the wild.

Spotted in the car park of The Old Bell in Grazeley this evening.

The 2.8i Capri - the getaway car of choice before the M5.
Speaking of which. I saw this today, is it a 2.8 Capri? I saw a black 1.6 Capri earlier too.

Yours is more likely to be a real 2.8i than the one I saw that turned out to be a 1.6 with 2.8i wheels.

The shame of it. Infamy, infamy etc etc.

My untrained eye makes me think thats not the real deal.
It is the real deal, just had tasteless wheels and black light covers put on it.
They have done a good job at making it look like a replica. The light covers, after market alloys, wonky exhausts and what appears a £250 DVLA special.
As he was giving up his time, car, petrol and money for all that to give rides for charity I think he can be allowed to have his car how he likes it. smile

Of course he can have his car how he likes. Doesn't mean it looks good though! I agree with the above he's done a good job of making it look like a replica, especially the wonky exhaust!

Tickford Capris had a different spoiler, side skirt and wing badge and body colour wheels. A front view would have helped as the grille was blanked off.

Why has it got wheels that look like they are from Halfords on it?

There are some truly shocking hoops on some otherwise nice metal nowadays.
I say the same thing about the wheels on a V12 Vantage.

Not a Tickford. It's a standard 2.8i with an add on front spoiler.

SLR/Black Series about quarter past five. Blue 599 was hanging around at about the same time, that photo was taken at half five just before it parked up on the main drag in Alderley Edge. Think I saw you in the supercar paddock around quarter to one just before Moz and crew departed?
