I was prompted to join this forum due to being told my car is a little unique.

So I thought I'd find out.

I am a serving soldier at RAF Waddington, mixing it with the fly boys.

I own a 1999 e39 bmw 540i V8, a beast of a car.

Previously I have had 325, 528 touring and a B3 alpina.

My local Mechanic had a E39 540 with a few tweaks (exhaust notably) for years, loved it. A very nice car you have there! And welcome!

Nah, mine is pretty tip top as my father the BMW tech genius, maintains mine. Plus I only have 110k on the clock

It's not the jets, it's the highly motivated apache pilots. Big gun, lots of rockets and some helfires. They would ruin any ones day, just be lucky they are British and not American.
