Don't get too excited!

I have a 1999 Ford Cougar V6 that requires a new clutch release bearing but I am fortunate enough that I no longer need it as I have another car I can use.

I bought it to do a 120 daily motorway drive which it performed brilliantly. Some details:

1999 on an 'S'
101 K
FSH (Serviced about 2000 miles ago)
Silver
Cloth Interior
Climate Control
Good Bodywork / Tyres
5 speed manual

If you start the in gear with the clutch depressed you can drive it but it will not engage gear when engine running and stationary - I drove it about 40 miles so possible to do.

Basically, if anyone would like it then first refusal goes to PH members. I live near Tidworth, Wiltshire.

Mr TheLurker followed by Mr Musclecarmad were the first in so, as this is a democratic country, it goes to them first.

However, their is a caveat. I would really like the car to be moved by 30 Dec 09 as I need space on the drive, so fellas, if you could manage that, it would be really helpful.

Al,

Got the email through from one of the other chaps first - my apologies to you if you were in earlier. Feel free to come over and see if it is what you want though.

My post was the 1st confirmation posted, but I stand by your decision junglie. I don't want to turn a generous gesture sour.I hope the new owner will be very happy (and grateful) to your generousity.Respect.

I would love the car and should be able to get it moved either tomorow or on the 30th. If not it can go to someone else. Is there a number I can contact you on (PM me?).

Thanks again.

I'd love it if none of the previous posters are able to pick it up etc. Can pick it up at the drop of a hat!
