This is all over the net tonight so passing it onto here in case anyone see's the car:

The Team JapSpeed Scooby has been stolen from Santa Pod in Northampton today. If you have any information that could help in the recovery of the vehicle then please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

From what Ive read the thief just got in and drove it right out the gates!

Very small fuel tank and hardly any fuel in it means it cant have got far.

Maybe worth scanning ebay for some tell tale parts like the wheels etc. No way that would go un noticed on the roads

Anyone who steals such an obvious car must be brave or stupid or very organised! Sadly most who saw it driving off and being loaded into a transporter or however they moved it might not think anything of it. Hope someone notices it!

I'm just refreshing the driftworks thread and theres a bunch of guys out searching residential estates in Kent.

Apparently the car is all over the police radios and the port authority have been informed.

Basically the only thing the thieves can do now is strip the car and hope no one recognises the parts...otherwise it's going to be very difficult for them to get away with this one.

Ohh and it's got an absolute miniscule fuel consumption and/or tank so they won't get very far per tank.
