Why put the Lexus LFA on the stand, it's no longer produced!!
I believe the white car is the very last off the production line.

The link is with Lexus' RC concepts which target a far more performance oriented customer. Hopefully the price of them won't be too OTT for us mere mortals.

The biggest issue is brand perception and badge snobbery - shame, as since the IS-F they've been making some very respectable performers.

LFA is one of the best cars ever made - period.

I should add that Harris' tweets are brilliant.

If the Z06 is the "Big Nasty", what will they name the ZR1?
Nothing. There are no plans for a C7 ZR1.

The Z06 is going to be expensive as it is. The expected price tag of the Z06 in the US is twice that of a base C7 Stingray. That's SRT Viper territory. That's an expensive car.

The Range Rover Sport looks good because it is perfectly proportioned, better even than Spen King`s original 2 door RR.

The Porsche Targa has a neat (and novel?) folding mechanism to tuck the roof out of sight in a matter of a few seconds. You can see it demonstrated on a US You Tube channel called The Fast Lane Car - there are several other video clips of the new car launches at the Detroit show to be seen there. (Sorry unable to provide a link on my tablet).

I didn't think that originally there were plans for a C6 ZR1, it evolved from an internal side-project that got released in small numbers. Maybe the ZR1 will be the Z06 with the Z07 option pack.

I'm not in disagreement with Chris over the looks of the new Mustang but have to push his view to one side and consider that this is the same man who seems to think BMWs are not a styling disaster. wink

YEP! I agree 100% I've been quite vocal on how ugly the rear is, although I admit from every other angle it looks stunning.
I am curious asto how the traditional auto can shift faster than a PDK box like chevrolet are claiming.
