Was on holiday in North Devon with a pregnant Mrs CB, on what is likely to be our last trip away together in my MR2. The weather in North Devon was rubbish, but looked much better in the south, so we went for a day out to Dartmouth, via Dartmoor. I love driving over exposed moorlands, but that wasn't the best road of the day. We took the A377 from Exeter to Barnstable, we were in Devon, but it felt like Scotland - a fast and twisty road, through pine forests and no other cars. A drive that will stick in my head for a long time.

Talking my SL63 AMG for a test of its performance package on the Yas Marina Curcuit one week before the F1 came to town was pretty special. Roll on 2017
