I'm in a similar position, but mine's scared of driving anything 'sporty', so we're stuck with the Focus.....thats not helping is it. Umm....
How about the fact that the engines not all that powerful really particularly in granny driving mode. And that after the OH drove a hire car for a day and has driven the Vectra she says she'd be more than happy to swap the MX5 for another one.

Still it could be worse, even though she won't drive one, at least she'd get in it when I had my previous '5. She refuses to even be a passenger in the TVR.

O/T DTM the suspension should be fitted on Wed night so i'll get you some before/after pics.
