Beautiful, gorgeous house. Drool worthy car collection. If I had the pennies,,,

However. Picture 33 should be in the pictures that make your teeth itch thread.

"10 - 12 bathrooms"

I will know my house is big enough when I can't count the number of bathrooms...

Looks like Ross Brawns place..
Except Ross doesn't live in Beaconsfield. He's just up the road from me. His car collection is stored locally too.

So it's a 10 bedroom house, although it's a few buildings and the floorplan is too massive to really make anything out so I'm struggling to resolve what rooms are meant to be what...

The main lounge offers uncomfortable seating for 4 (with nasty back support I mean) and another 1 or 2 maybe perched in between leaning on the low table behind it, all with nowhere to put their drinks (unless that white thing isn't a massive foot stool and is in fact a coffee table?)

The dining table in the kitchen only seats 6 and there's not a huge amount of worktop space to actually prepare a meal for a group of what could be 20 people.

The main dining room (maybe? with the trophies) seats 10 I think, so could be passable if your guests all need a double bed each so are limited on numbers. If there are couples staying, what, do they bring a chair in from the kitchen and squeeze on the end? How classy.

At least there's another 8 seater in the other lounge thing, with the single exercise bike, for whichever of your guests fancies sweating it out whilst the rest of you watch TV stood up.

And when 'the men' retire to the drinking room, there's only 4 chairs, how gauche darling.

It's a remarkably large house though. I'd imagine with that sort of space you pretty much have to go modern and minimalist don't you? As you're hardly going to make it cosy! I'd say it needs more cars dotted about inside to be honest.

That'd be my opening salvo in the negotiations anyway, I couldn't possibly give you more than 7 million for it my good man, what say you? hehe

You know the furniture's not included, right?

That's OK. The caterers will sort that.
