That's an early DBS - probably the 6 cylinder version.
Great to see one getting used!
Correct. The wire wheels are the most obvious clue. The DBS was always intended to have the V8 but tge engine wasn't ready. The name DBS was used for the six cylinder cars and the car as originally planned, with the V8, was named DBS V8 and had alloy wheels. Great to see one getting used!
Consequently, aficionados dislike the term DBS6 as it is unnecessary: DBS is sufficient to distinguish the six cylinder car.

I must admit I thought it was diamondschwartz from a glance but looking more closely it could be macaoblau under all the dust
I may be deceiving myself but if the bolsters on the seat are leather and centre light grey check then this could indeed be an Evo 2 with horrid tape over the bumper added. It possibly has the rear lower spoiler in place too, hard to see
Late post but had to put things right. I owned the car many years ago and can confirm it is a Evo not sure where the Evo2 comes from that used to be for what is now the 2.5 Evo Sport. Different wheels and rear spoiler changed. It is no. 287/500.I may be deceiving myself but if the bolsters on the seat are leather and centre light grey check then this could indeed be an Evo 2 with horrid tape over the bumper added. Saw a Chiron on the A14 near Thrapston on Sunday, along with a 296 and a few Porsches and Lambos. Looked like they were filming and were driving very slowly (presumably for the camera) much to the annoyance of the mile or so of crawling traffic behind them.
No photo sadly as I was driving in the other direction.

Ones ending on CC in a few hours.
I thought everyone knows the cars sold in online auctions are always not as good as ones sold in the usual manner. Also why would anyone use an online auction company with such abysmal Trust pilot ratings? Just because a well known tv presenter has a share in it?

Some of the most successful companies got there not by being great, or having the best customer service, but by having the best branding, marketing and PR.Or more succinctly - all that glitters is not gold.

I recognised it straight away from watching Roger Moore driving one in The Persuaders on TV more years ago than I like to think about. Although I preferred the Dino Tony Curtis drove in the same series!

Roger Moore's DBS V8 was actually a DBS dressed up to look like a V8.
There was also a 6 cylinder, single headlight, car called the Vantage which wasn't hotted up like Vantages generally are.
Pay attention at the back. I shall be asking questions.
