I've only ever driven a twinspark - I reckon a V6 would be very different!
I drove both (TS and V6) quite a lot in the early 90s, as we had one of each in the car pool. The V6 sounded so much better, but was not actually much quicker and the TS had much nicer handling.Couldn't resist an opportunity to post a pic of my 164 3.0 24v Cloverleaf. Steadily developed for fast road use over the last 16 years of ownership, the car has full Recaro interior; 6 speed gearbox; Q2 differential; Konis; OZs; Momo; big brakes; flowed heads; improved induction; and a custom exhaust, including a free flow cat.

No into that at all.
Alfas of that era were ugly.

The BMW was a looker, I'm actually liking the e34 more and more again. It's past the banger car era now, when it was launched it was such a big hit. But the rest leave a lot to be desired.
The Alfa was a beautiful pininfarina saloon worthy of a bedroom poster.
