X5 Vs M3... Who Will Win?

BMW drivers at war! 
Witnessed a battle today between an M3 and an X5, both wrestling with eachother for position on a large roundabout.
It was a bit like those wacky races on TV, with both cars trying to "persuade" the other car to move out of the lane they both wanted, but in the end the X5 - thanks to its sheer size - prevailed and the M3 had to swerve to the left, cutting somebody else up.
Oh, and it was the X5 driver who was in the wrong.
That must be why people buy 4x4s, then.
