Fancy plates -not responding

Anyone used or heard from www.fancy plates.com recently?

I ordered some plates on 14-05, should have been delivered 16 or 17 but nothing came.

They are not replying to emails and the phone rings out.

My only option is to issue a charge back on the 30th (15 days after expected delivery).

But has anyone else used them since?

Used them last year had excellent service

I've used them a few times in the past and have always received the plates very quickly, but the last time was about a year ago. Does sound a bit odd!

Ordered a set on 15/05 and they came 17/05...

This is weird, I've had great, speedy service in the past. If only they'd respond to me.

Same, always used them as they've been rapid.

Just out of interest, does your email contain a hypen - ?

No it doesn't. I replied to the email they sent me confirming the order, which is the orders@ address on their contact us page.

Plates arrived today, exactly one day before I could start a charge back.

Ordered 15th, should have been sent out 16th. Was hoping to receive 17th or 18th in time before I sold the car. Now the plates are pointless.

Prepaid post mark says "post by 29th" which means they printed the postage on the 27th.

Chalk up to experience? I emailed them on the 19th asking if I could cancel, they didn't reply.

I've been using them a bit recently, and they've been as good as always.

Most recently one ordered 23rd May, arrived 25th (Saturday)

Pair ordered 13th May, arrived 18th.

Pair ordered 19th April, arrived 25th.
