Hi Everyone,
As some of you will know I have been working on ticking some of my Bucket list off. In doing so I have been for a ride in some amazing beautiful cars and met some amazing people (Including members of this forum). Well I decided that trying to get rides in cars was getting to easy, so to make it more of a challenge I decided to try Drive certain cars. !st I added "Drive a Tesla" after watching James Mays program on BBC and after contacting Tesla hey organise for me to go out in a Model S which I loved. Next I want to try and drive my all time favourite brand supercar, a Lamborghini.

So does anyone know anywhere in or around Sheffield that you can hire/rent a Lamborghini? even if it is just round the block, I just want to have the feeling of that beast of an engine under my foot.

Or does anyone know anyone who can help with any of my other items?

Here is my bucket list:- www.dans-garage.co.uk/bucketlist.php

Thank you, Ideally I'd love to try and do one of them before next Wednesday as I'm going in Hospital for surgery and then will be immobile for about maybe a year.

Only picked it up yesterday so it needs running in a bit, but more than happy to fulfill the "Ride in a Ford Mustang" one at some point!

There's probably someone from up your way on the Mustang subforum who could help with this too I'm sure!

That sounds amazing, unfortunately looks like you a little far from me, I'm off for surgery on Wednesday and then I will be unable to drive for 8-10month. Then when I can drive I will only be able to do short distances, but maybe if your ever up this way you could give me a PM.

Hey,

Not sure if this would technically count as cheating but would you be able to do something like this:

https://www.buyagift.co.uk/driving-experiences/dou...

Would be able to drive a Lamborghini and drive round a racetrack at the same time, believe they have a mustang as well which could tick another one off the list as well. Might also be cheaper than hiring one as well - although granted you wont get quite as long with it.

Either way good luck and all the best with your bucket list.

No problem, would be great to give you a ride one day! Good luck with the surgery by the way smile

Will check with some more local owners to see if anyone is around over the next few days too smile

They could mean that the requirement is that you've passed your test, worth asking at least.

Aaahhh sorry I didn't realise they put that restriction on it. If you rang they might be more accommodating as when I went they gave the option to drive the cars in some form of auto mode (if possible). It might be a bit more expensive doing it that way though. Sorry that was a dead end and good luck smile
