Norfolk Police have just released a video of a hit and run. (May not be work safe)

Stating the obvious, but this looks to be a deliberate act - the Police are treating it as attempted murder - rather than someone leaving the scene after an accident.

Wasn't expecting the second attempt. He would have died if he hadn't moved at 0:19

Why was the CCTV following the car in the first place before anything happened?

Yes I agree I have a feeling this was staged.

Crazy st.

What intrigues me is that the CCTV was following the car prior to the hit and run? The camera follows the car into the car park and around it as opposed to it being a fixed camera.

Also the drivers interior light is on the whole time? - Whoever drives like that?

The interior of the car is light like they are filming.

The fact they've actively tried to squash someone concerns me a little more than the interior light!

Me too in 1991.

Taxi driver tried to take me out. Was arrested 12 months later for attempted murder, having gone on the run.

Maybe he was driving like a knob which caught the camera operator's attention, then he goes and does that.

Interior light on is a bit random though, but there were other people in the car, apparently.

Those lads in the carpark must have done something earlier on.

I'd be amazed if the guy who got hit didn't know who was driving. Or at least have a recent altercation!

And the cctv didn't follow him as he was leaving the car park?

The car seemed to be going too slow to throw the bloke so high.

Then again I'm no hit-and-run expert smile

I'd guess Cctv were following as the car seemed to be going at some speed.
