I saw it on my recent trip to the Nurburgring. Amazing in all aspects.

Looked it up when I got home and think it may be the only one around! Could I have spotted its development process at the 'ring?

I have lots of good pics of it but not the time to sort out posting them right now.

I have read up on it but when I saw it at the 'ring I thought they were in production. On returning home was shocked when reading up more that I may have seen it in development!

Thats me parked behind it!

I bet it's mighty fast around the 'ring... I wonder if they're going to go after that Dunkvort (sp?) "record" ?

If it really is going into production, all I've got to say is
Want one!

Oh yeah, and the sound is fantastic.
Not loud but purposeful sounding.

You are correct. Its a stunning car, at least when seen in the flesh it is.

Didn't they run one up the hill at GFOS this year? I'm sure I remember seeing it.

Ran a red one at Goodwood FOS, same one Evo did the article with.

Put's the mockers on the one at the 'ring being the only one.

Thanks for at last adding something useful!

Now I know there is at least more than one! So perhaps it is in production and this was a customers car.

If I remember rightly the red was the pre-production model built for tests, shakedown etc and the blue one is the first production car.

The blue one is their own car though.

Thanks.

I was driving out of the 'ring to get a hotel and this thing went past me so I swung back round and followed it back to the circuit again. When the car got there someone else walked upto it and handed the driver his helmet and had a chat with him before it went on the circuit. It attracted so much attention in the car park, mostly "WTF is that?!".
Maybe they could have been fine tuning their production car and the team was there to support it.
Then again they may have just been enjoying a good hoon in their new toy!
It was only and evening session (couple of hours) and it wasn't there the next day (full day session).

No problem.

I bet they had a lot of fun playing with Apollo there and I'm sure it could post a pretty quick time!

How did your 'ring trip go?
Was it your first time there in the Griff?

Took me about 8 hours to get there

I didn't time myself since I was out on my way on holiday. Went on to Austria and then Italy to do the Mille Miglia. Would have been rude not to do a couple of laps of the 'ring on the way out!

Definitly going back for a proper few days there though, fantastic.

Oh no! Im such an idiot. I've just realised that these were the pictures I took on Shnozz's driveway before going on holiday. They must have ben on the start of the film for my holiday snaps.

The car I saw at the 'ring looked like a kinda squashed VW Beetle. In fact there were quite a few of them. Perhaps its was a SBOC day out.
