Unmarked plod on A5 Shrewsbury

There's always been unmarked plod on the road from Telford to Shrewsbury it's such a great straight piece of dual C. I got caught in 90+ in....my VW Passat estate in 1998 when they had a dark green Omega. 
I first saw that car when I was in my Chim entering the road from Wellington, but to give them their due they turned on the rear windscreen lights to let me know who they were before I tried to plough pass them! Forgot about it until saw the flashing lights in my VW rear mirror some months later, DoH!
That stretch of road is also where a 22y old was caught doing 134 in his Chim in '97/'98 and where that mad copper 'tested' his new squad car at 157 (and got off
).
