F*ckin' ebay spoofs...
Discussion
Fell for one today... I know how these work and that I should watch out but it was late and I only got alerted when I entered my ID and password (after receiving a spoof ebay email) and it got me nowhere. VERY STUPID, I KNOW!!! Then I noticed (after my wife pointed it out!!) that the URL wasn't an Ebay URL. I changed my ebay password promptly (i.e., within 10 minutes). Alerted ebay etc. etc. Do you guys think this suffices or should I take other measures? As I see it, the guy may have my email, Ebay ID but a non-working password. Would that be enough security or would they be able to get into Ebay (or got forbid something else)?
For those of you interested, the spoof is at

Don't fill in anything, of course. I wish I could get to the guy that set this up (I did alert the owner of aos-usa.org as well - anonymously).

I had one of these this morning, very worring.
Any chance this can be moved to Pie and Piston?
They do the rounds on a regular basis.
Best thing is to report them immediately to Ebay/Paypal who have a 24hr team who deal with these things all day long. They do have a proceedure in place to alert the hosting ISP in question. Some ISP (like my own) act within minutes of getting these alerts and get sites removed.
